In large bowl combine ground beef, onion, pepper, bread crumbs, egg, salt & pepper, and 1/2 cup of the TWSS. Mix well by hand and place in 5 x 9 loaf pan. Make a channel down the middle of the beef mixture. Bake for 1 hour. Pour remaining TWSS into channel and bake an additional 10 min. Let it rest for 5-10 min. before serving.
